- Always
consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
- Wait
at least 2 hours after eating before performing inversion or exercise.
- Wait
at least 15 minutes after consuming liquids before performing inversion.
- Do
not use while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Do not invert while using anti-coagulants or Advil.
- Always
warm up for 5-10 minutes with gentle repetitive movement before exercising (trampoline,
hula hoop, jog, etc).
- Stay
warm throughout the duration of your OmGym session.
- Start
slowly and easily. New movement is to be practiced with extra care.
- Use
awareness and proper form with each movement.
- Always
listen to and honor your body's needs. Disengage from any painful movement. Be
cautious of overstretching.
- Remember
to breathe in all positions or routines. Do not hold your breath.
- Make
sure hooks are placed properly over knots, between the two lines of knottted rope,
after each adjustment.
- Do
not wrap the stirrups or straps around your neck.
- Have
another adult with you for your first time inverting.
- Children
should always be supervised by an adult.

- Do
not sleep while inverting.
- Return
upright very slowly after inversion.
- Always
take a few minutes to rest after inversion. We recommend laying down in Savasana
(a restful meditation).
- Drink
water afterwards and stay hydrated to maximize the effectiveness.
- If
you have been diagnosed with, or are experiencing, the symptoms of any of the
following conditions, do not invert without your doctor's approval.
- Recent
surgery or trauma to any internal organs
- Broken
or fractured bones in the hip/torso area
- Ear,
eye, sinus or infections in the head
- Recent
head/brain injury or trauma

Heart and/or circulatory disorders
- Severe
spinal cord trauma
- Fused
vertebrae
- Menstration
- Pregnancy
- Hernia
- Use
only as directed.

The OmGym has been carefully manufactured and tested to keep risk low. However,
the user must still take great care during set-up and use to insure safety. The
user is responsible for assessing his/her body's needs at all times and evaluating
practical safety measures. The user assumes all risk of injury. Wash
instructions: Machine wash cold, separately. Hooks can remain on fabric throughout
wash cycle. Line dry. Do not bleach.

- Set-up and use only as directed.
- Protect
yourself with a mat or cushion on the ground, underneath your head.
- Make
sure your bar or support will safely support body-weight in motion before every
use. Make sure beams are not weakened by bugs or water damage.
- Any
stand designed to support bodyweight should be used on a flat surface.
- Be
aware of surrounding structure and bars of any support stand used. Avoid collisions
with extremities and bars.
- Always
check the condition of the rope (including the top of the bar and knots), fabric,
and hooks before using the OmGym.
- Maximum
weight limit on the OmGym: 300 lbs.
- Make
sure all items, including furniture, are clear of your movement area.
- Keep
fabric away from sharp or flaming objects at all times.
- Any
springs cannot be set-up or used with the "S" hooks.
- Do
not wear nylon clothing or any fabric that may be slippery against the nylon parachute
material.
- Wear
comfortable, unrestrictive clothing while exercising or inverting.
- Remove
any loose items out of pockets before inverting (coins, cell phones, etc).
- Remove
any jewelry or restrictive accessories before using.
- Wipe
sand or dirt off of feet and body before using.
