Sarah Kellett ERYT-500, is the foundress at OmGym® International and the creatress of OmGym® Suspension Yoga™. She delights in finding new and creative ways to fuse playful and therapeutic strategy into the practice of yoga. Coming from an intense personal healing journey, Sarah is most personally rewarded by helping others to move beyond their physical and emotional limitations. Sarah is a global adventurer, innovative entrepreneur, raw vegan food chef, and passionate advocate for natural healing, organic living, and animal rights. Sarah currently directs the creative development at OmGym® and leads OmGym® Suspension Yoga™ Teacher Trainings internationally. She sees OmGym® as a transformative vehicle to fulfill her highest purpose: to help others to feel joy, happiness and comfort in their daily life.
